If you post a review or rating you certify that this review is based on your own experience, and that of your children, legal guardians, friends or relatives and is your genuine opinion of this activity or place, and that you have no personal or business relationship with this establishment, and have not been offered any incentive or payment originating from the establishment to write this review. I understand that yourdaysout has a zero-tolerance policy on fake reviews.

Yourdaysout.com is fully owned and operated by Stroom Limited.

We remove content, disable accounts, and work with law enforcement when we believe there is a genuine risk of physical harm or direct threats to public safety.

People can use yourdaysout.com to share experiences of places they have visited. Your opinion is important to our users. We ask people to respect your opinion and trust that you will do the same to others.

Nudity and any explicit content (either visual or written) is forbidden on this site. Our users are families, most with young children. We do not want to expose young children to inappropriate images and nor should you. This is a zero tolerance policy. Do not do it or you will be banned and your profile passed on to the authorities.

In future iterations we will have a profanity filter but in the meantime ask our users to refrain from using profanity on the site.

As with all of our standards, we rely on our community to report this content to us.

While we work hard to remove this content we rely on out users to report anything that violates our Community Standards or something that they find inappropriate, distasteful or offensive.

Yourdaysout.com is a place for families to share places that are important.

You will continue to own all of the content and information you post on yourdaysout but please be sure you have the right to share.

We ask that you respect copyrights, trademarks, and other legal rights

Any member of the public may send a formal complaint about inappropriate or unacceptable content on yourdaysout  (including a complaint about any content or postings submitted by users, content created by the yourdaysout.com  team in the Ideas section and a complaint of a breach of the Community Standards, by mailing [email protected].

Future iterations of this site will include the ability to flag content a user finds inappropriate or submit a more formal complaint using a Report Content Form.

A user must be logged into the site to edit a listing, publish a new submission or rate and review another listing.

We will shut down any account that we feel is abusing the Community Standards and Terms and Conditions of the site.

The following activities are not acceptable.

We post-moderate blogs and members' posts. This means that a post will not be reviewed prior to its posting. Members may report posts which they regard as being in breach of these Community Standards or in any way abusive, offensive or inappropriate.

Any person who is not a member may report a comment to the suggested email.

After a post is reported, it will be reviewed by a moderator and, if the post is perceived as breaching the Community Standards, then it will be removed by the moderator.

If part of a post breaches these Community Standards, then the entire post will be removed. We do not edit members' posts. Stroom reserves this absolute right to remove posts and its decision is final.

In reviewing a post which has been reported, the moderator will assess as to whether it prima facie breaches the Community Standards and you will appreciate is not in a position to assess the merits of any underlying argument regarding the factual basis for the post or any underlying dispute in relation to the post.

It is a condition of registration as a member of the community that these Community Standards be observed by the member.

Any member who persistently ignores or breaches these Community Standards, or our terms and conditions, may have their posting privileges withdrawn and may have their account cancelled.

Stroom does not accept any responsibility for any statement posted by a member on yourdaysout.com.

Stroom is not liable for any loss caused to any member or any other person as a result of a posting appearing on yourdaysout.com or a person or member viewing or reading any postings on yourdaysout.com
